Grampian Training Services delivers HSE recognised First Aid courses in Lerwick on a monthly basis. We provide 1 day Emergency First Aid at Work, 2 day First Aid at Work Refresher and 3 day First Aid at Work Initial courses. The three day course is delivered through blended learning where delegates undertake 6 hours online then attend two days training reducing the time required away from work.

Open courses are scheduled and delivered in Lerwick. We can also provide in house courses at your venue on dates to suit. Courses can be delivered week day, weekends and evenings.

We provide advanced medical training through the First Response in Emergency Care (FREC) pathway at Level 3 and Level 4. These are suitable for more remote locations or higher risk environments who may require advanced skills auch as life threatening bleeding and airway management.

We sell defibrillators, supply defibrillator consumables (batteries, pads etc.) and can take on the care and maintenance of your defibrillator to ensure it is always available.

Grampian Training Services also provides highly qualified Event First Aid cover to events across the Islands including Up Helly Aa's and shows. We provided the first aid and medical cover at the amazing 2023 Tall Ships. This will help organisers meet their legal requirements to provide first aid cover.
